Budget and Costplanning

Construction Phase

Defects Management

Beyond project handover, our dedication extends to what we refer to as "Day 2." We recognize that our responsibility doesn't end with completion; instead, we actively manage Day 2 works, addressing any client changes or upgrades with the same level of attention and efficiency, ensuring a lasting and satisfactory outcome for our clients.
Move Management
We are dedicated to orchestrating a smooth relocation process, and to ensure effective management and mitigation of associated risks, we will implement a robust communication plan. Our commitment includes active participation in regular meetings, whether in person or via teleconferencing. These meetings encompass a variety of interactions, including scheduled gatherings between Move Coordinators and champions, informal discussions between Senior Consultants and the Project Management group, and formal sessions with other consultants, stakeholders, or relevant agency bodies, as needed.
